HELLÄ Moisturizing Toner

This moisturizing milky toner infused with Nordic lingonberry water and Arctic spring water completes your cleansing ritual and helps to improve skin’s moisture level. It balances the skin leaving it feeling instantly soft, smooth and comfortable. It is clinically tested to rehydrate and is suitable for normal to dry skin.

Bottle and cap are made out of plastic. Bottle is partly made out of recycled plastic. Remove cap from bottle. The insert inside the cap should also be removed for recycling.
